Iloprost-treated dendritic cells promote antigen-specific regulatory T cell differentiation in mice

Abstract: Iloprost, a stable prostaglandin I2 (PGI2) analog, can inhibit allergic inflammation in an OVA-induced asthma model via inhibition of airway dendritic cell (DC) function.
