Abstract

A 3540 gm girl was born to a 27-year-old gravida 2, parity 2 mother after an uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery. Apgar scores were seven and nine at 1 and 5 minutes. There was no family history of congenital anomalies or hereditary disorders.Physical examination showed an imperforate anus and ambiguous genitalia with a single perineal orifice. A plain radiograph of the abdomen was obtained (Figure).What is your diagnosis?
