Abstract:Postpartum haemorrhage (PPH) is a significant cause of maternal morbidity and mortality. The management includes a spectrum ranging from mechanical and pharmacological to surgical methods. The authors report a case of a 24-year-old primigravida who presented with complaints of abdominal pain, distension, fever, and diarrhoea a few days after her delivery.
