Intramural pregnancy (IMP) is a rare type of uterine ectopic pregnancy (EP) in which a pregnancy is implanted within the uterine corpus, above the internal cervical os, separate from the interstitial section of the Fallopian tube and breaching the decidual-myometrial junction 1,2 . IMPs are relatively rare, accounting for < 1% of all EPs, with fewer than 100 cases reported in the literature 2-4 .
