Immigrant Professionals, Microaggressions, and Critical Sensemaking in the U.S. Workplace

Abstract: This study uses the frameworks of microaggressions and critical sensemaking (CSM) to examine the work realities of immigrant professionals (IPs) in the United States, a context rarely explored in organizational communication research.
