Immunohistochemical analysis of Hedgehog signaling in prostatic adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Background and aim: The Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway plays an essential role in normal development of normal prostate gland. Deregulation of this pathway is responsible for carcinogenesis of prostatic adenocarcinoma.
