Immunohistochemical Detection of Pro-Inflammatory and Anti-Inflammatory Interleukins in the Lungs of Sheep with Jaagsiekte

Abstract: Objective: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the levels of interleukins such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-12β in sheep with Jaagsiekte by immunohistochemical methods.
