Abstract:Leishmaniasis are category of neglected tropical diseases resulting from the genus of Leishmania parasite [1]. All genus of Leishmania are obligating intracellular, infect macrophage cells of the mammalian hosts [2]. It's transmitted to humans through a bite of a female of sand fly vector, Phlebotomus (with old-world leishmaniasis), and Lutzomya (with new world leishmaniasis) [3].
