Immunomodulatory properties of recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor

Abstract: Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a myelopoietic growth factor that exerts pleiotropic effect not only on the differentiation of immature progenitor cells into polymorphonuclear neutrophils, monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells, but also controls the functioning of differentiated cells.
