Immunotherapy induced hypothyroidism with hyperlipidemia: a case report and literature review

Abstract: In recent years, immune checkpoint inhibitors have been increasingly used in clinical practice. While considering the efficacy of immunotherapy, it is also necessary to be alert to immune-related adverse effects (irAEs). These include skin, gastrointestinal, liver, endocrine, and pulmonary toxicities. Here, we report a case of irAEs of hypothyroidism with marked hyperlipidemia during sintilimab administration.
