Immunotherapy Related Adverse Events Predict Treatment Response

Abstract: Immunotherapy blocks immunoinhibitory pathways and allows for reversal of immunosuppression caused by malignant tumors. Immunotherapy can cause immune-related adverse events (IrAE) including rash, pneumonitis, colitis endocrinopathy, nephritis, adrenal insufficiency, hepatitis, and uveitis.
