Application of computer simulation techniques in traffic reconstruction will contribute to the sustainable development of protection of pedestrians and driver. In this paper, introducing National Automobile Accident In-Depth Investigation System Nais. The proposed database establishment could handle data while cases accumulate to a certain degree. Based on its strict workflow and thought process, take a collision accident as an example, collecting accident information, using PC-CRASH to reconstruct this accident. Evaluating consistency of simulation results and accident. Finally, in the light of this vehicle, making safe evaluation and analyzing the reason of airbag unexploded. The proposed database provides a powerful and extensible framework that is particularly well suited to analyzing big variety data in traffic accident.

When people are at work, travel, or visit relatives and friends, they hope to keep secure. However, road accidents sometimes might occur. The experienced motorists know that they mustn’t drive fast when they turn in the corners; especially in the rainy slippery situations, road accidents might occur. The analysis of road vehicle collision accidents reconstruction is a hot automotive passive safety subject. When reconstruct the vehicle collision accidents , start from the final position of the vehicle, and build the back projections by using the kinematic and dynamic models, according to the relevant theory, experimental data. namely: the after collision stage - Collision stage - pre-crash phase to reproduce the actual situation of the entire accident process in time and space. Thus the technical state of vehicle accidents before the collision can be known, and the causes of the accidents can be further analyzed. In this paper, some aspects related to rigid body kinematics and rigid body dynamics will be studied.
