Cancer is a serious disease and it is one of the main causes of death, and it is considered the second cause, after people who suffer from heart failure. Through the statistics, Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer, with a rate of 99% in women and 1% in men. It is very complex, and patients with this type of cancer may face numerous challenges during their treatment period. It was determined that the death rate from cancer had decreased by 1.5%, but it is expected to increase in the future due to an increase in cancer cases (breast, prostate). Ehrlich model is a cancer that grows inside a mouse. Its origin is spontaneous mammary carcinoma, and when it spreads within the mouse, it takes two forms, either ascitic or solid. Ehrlich's ascites carcinoma is a spontaneous breast cancer that has a very high importance in scientific research. It is undifferentiated and has a short life. This type of cancer was used for the first time in 1932, when it was used inside the mouse in the abdomen, and a type of fluid was obtained for this called ( Ehrlich's ascites) due to the liquid substance on which cancer cells depend and consider it food and a means for rapid tumor growth, EAC deficiency causes anemia and thus causes a decrease in red blood cells or hemoglobin, EAC causes an increase in urea and a decrease in creatinine, and EAC causes an increase in liver enzymes and a decrease in total protein.Natural products are the only and most effective products that lead to the development of drugs, especially anti-cancer drugs and anti-inflammatories. Through studies, it has become clear that natural products are a source of drugs.

Background: Essential oils (SO) are organic substances that are extracted from plant parts, which have been thought to have anti-cancer characteristics. Aim: To investigate the potential protective effects of SO against liver toxicity induced in EAC-bearing female mice. Materials and Methods: Forty female mice were equally divided into four groups (Gps). Gp1 was served as control, Gp2 was treated with SO, Gp3 was inoculated with EAC, and Gp4 were concomitantly treated with EAC + SO. Results: Data showed that the treatment of EAC-bearing mice with SO led to an amelioration of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities. SO treatment also induced increases in the total protein levels as compared to EAC group. There was a significant improvement in the expression of GFAP protein in brain and liver tissues in the EAC/SO treated group as compared to the EAC group. Conclusion: The current results indicate to the potential hepatoprotective effects of essential oils.

Colorectal cancer is also the third most common cause of cancer-related death, and in the US, it ranks as the third most prevalent kind of cancer. The cells that produce mucus to lubricate the colon and rectum can be the source of colorectal cancer. Natural substances known as phytochemicals contain anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor properties. These properties may be crucial for the treatment of a number of debilitating illnesses. The extract of vitamin B17, or amygdalin, is made from the kernels of apricots. Nitrilosides are naturally occurring compounds that contain cyanide. Natural substances called amygdalin have been utilized in traditional Chinese medicine to treat a wide range of illnesses. Its various pharmacological qualities include anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitussive, anti-asthmatic, and anti-ulcer effects. findings, When colitis mice were given acetic acid injections via the anal route, they had diarrhoea, obvious rectal bleeding, and weight loss.serum ALT, AST, and ALP values were higher in the colitis group than in the control and vitamin B17 groups. Conversely, there was a notable drop in the colitis group's blood albumin and total protein levels when compared to the control and vitamin B17 groups. In contrast, as compared to the colitis group, vitamin B17 therapy for colitis resulted in a substantial decrease in the levels of ALT, AST, and ALP and an increase in the levels of albumin and total proteins. Serum urea and creatinine levels were higher in the colitis group in comparison to the vitamin B17 and control groups. However, there is a significant decrease in serum urea and creatinine levels in treated colitis with vitamin B17 group when compared with the colitis group. Compared to the vitamin B17 and control groups, the colitis group had higher blood levels of potassium and sodium ions. On the other hand, compared to the colitis group, the treated colitis with vitamin B17 group had significantly lower blood levels of potassium and sodium ions. When compared to the control and vitamin B17 groups, the colitis group's RBC levels and HB% were considerably lower; however, vitamin B17 therapy for colitis regulates and improves these alterations. In contrast to the control and vitamin B17 groups, the colitis group's WBC and platelet counts considerably increased. Conversely, the colitis group's WBC and platelet counts fell when treated with vitamin B17.
