Impact of Cellular Phone Usage Duration on Power Control and Violation of EMC Regulations

Abstract: This communication presents a study showing that cellular phone usage duration have got a significant effect on the power control in mobile cellular networks. This is because the long-time operation (transmitting and receiving) of the cellular phone radio hardware cause the wearing-out of radio elements.
