Abstract:Purpose: Clonal hematopoiesis (CH) describes the aging-associated expansion of mutant hematopoietic cell populations. In various cohorts, CH has been associated with increased morbidity and mortality from non-hematologic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and infections, including COVID-19.
