Abstract: Aqueous-phase co-crystallization (also known as biomimetic mineralization or biomineralization) is a unique way to encapsulate large enzymes, enzyme clusters, and enzymes with large substrates in metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), broadening the application of MOFs as enzyme carriers.
