Impact of CSR perceptions on workers' innovative behaviour: exploring the social exchange process and the role of perceived external prestige

Abstract: The study aims to show how organisational Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can influence workers' attitudes, especially in terms of Innovative Behaviour (IB).
