Impact of Film Structure on Ionization Energy of Titanyl-Phthalocyanine in Thin Films

Abstract: Structure-related ionization energy (IE) of vacuum-deposited titanyl-phthalocyanine (OTiPc) thin films was investigated by using in situ ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and X-ray diffractometry.
