Impact of green human resource management and internal green supply chain management practices on operational performance: An empirical investigation of manufacturing sector

This study aims to determine the drivers related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and green brand experience that drive green brand loyalty (GBL), ranking the relative importance of these drivers while providing additional explanations for the ranking results. Data were collected from individuals with at least 5 years of experience consuming green agricultural products in Vietnam. The Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were employed in combination to address the research objectives. The research results indicated that both CSR and green brand experience can promote stakeholder engagement and enhance GBL, with components of green brand experience being evaluated as more crucial. The drivers within green brand experience and CSR were ranked in importance. The study makes significant scientific and practical contributions by combining qualitative and quantitative methods in this field, integrating components of CSR and green brand experience within an analytical framework to compare their importance in fostering GBL.

Exploring eco‐innovation capability and operational performance of energy service companies: Does ownership structure make a difference?

Eco‐innovation capability's enhancement of the operational competitiveness of Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) remains under explored in emerging markets. Furthermore, limited evidence exists on the influence of ownership structure on eco‐innovation capability and operational performance. This study therefore examines the relationship between eco‐innovation capability, ownership structure and operational performance of ESCOs. Questionnaires are electronically distributed to Operations Managers of 287 ESCOs registered by the Energy Commission in Malaysia. To test the direct and moderating effects, Partial Least Square‐Structural Equation Modeling (PLS‐SEM) is applied on 136 valid responses. Results suggest Eco‐innovation Capability significantly enhances ESCOs operational performance, with the model explaining 66% (R2 = 0.656) of the variance. Furthermore, a concentrated ownership structure resulted in higher eco‐innovation capability and operational performance. These results provide pathways for industry practitioners to improve sustainable development contributions and operational performance whilst providing policymakers with a benchmark towards evaluating the effectiveness of the National Energy Policy.

Scientific mapping of green organizational culture: Main schools of thought and topical trends

The green transition is increasingly viewed as a path to prosperity, or even survival, for organizations. In several countries, greening is vigorously pursued across various organizational activities, including organizational culture, which has garnered significant scholarly attention. However, there appears to be no comprehensive literature review on green organizational culture (GOC) indexed by reputable databases like Scopus. This paper aims to provide a bibliometric overview of GOC. A total of 558 documents from Scopus, spanning 1996–2023, were analyzed using bibliometric methods. The study examines the research performance on GOC, including volume growth trajectory, document types, contributing countries, international collaboration, research groups, influential authors, and prominent sources in GOC research. Notably, it identifies five main schools of thought and two topical trends in GOC literature. This may be the first effort to review GOC literature using Scopus data, highlighting performance and mapping the scientific landscape of this field.
