This study highlights the effect of (1) training and development, (2) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills, and (3) additional employee allowances (Tambahan Perbaikan Penghasilan or TPP) on teacher performance at UPT SMA Negeri I Palopo. This is a quantitative study in an ex post facto correlational design. The population includes the 60 entire teachers at UPT SMA Negeri 1 in Palopo City, from which a sample size is calculated using Slovin’s formula at a 5% confidence level. Instrument of data collection fits in a 5-scale Thurstone questionnaire that measures four variables, i.e., training and development(X1), ICT skills (X2), additional employee allowances(X3), and teacher performance (Y). SPSS 23 is used to run multiple regression for data analysis. Findings indicate that the partialeffect of X variables on teacher performance at UPT SMA Negeri 1 Palopo is 25,7% (training and development-X1), 43,1% (ICT skills-X2), and38,2% (additional employee allowances-X3). In terms of simultaneity, the influence of X variables on teacher performance is 45%. These findings suggest that the constructs of training and development, ICT skills, and additional employee allowance, both partially and simultaneously, are helpful for aiding in the improvement model of teacher performance. UPT SMA Negeri 1 Palopo can use these findings to define performance quality plan for its entire teacher workforce.

Tujuan dari Penelitian Ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak pelatihan dan Pendidikan baik langsung maupun tidak langsung (melalui variabel mediasi kemampuan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK)) terhadap Kinerja Guru di SDN Telaga Baru Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis data menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif atau relasional. Total 21 guru yang bekerja di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Telaga Baru Kecamatan Taliwang Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat merupakan populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini karena teknik pengambilan sampel yan gdigunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS), PLS merupakan persamaan yang termasuk ke dalam bidang Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan jumlah sampel 21 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruk Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui variabel Kemampuan TIK dengan nilai T-Statistik yaitu sebesar 1,738 lebih besar dari T-Tabel yaitu 1,65 dengan nilai original sample estimate adalah positif yaitu 0,203, kemudian konstruk Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui variabel Kemampuan TIK dengan nilai T-Statistik yaitu sebesar 3,239 lebih besar dari T-Tabel yaitu 1,65 dengan nilai original sample estimate adalah positif yaitu 0,372 .

Technology-based learning is a new learning method where students are taught using different digital/ICT tools such as mobile phones, computers, the internet, multimedia, tablets, and many others. The present study aimed to determine the impact of technology-based learning on students' academic performance. A quantitative research method was applied, followed by a survey research design to accomplish this study. The study was delimited to Balochistan province. All the public degree-awarding higher educational institutions were considered for the study. The target population for the study was the undergraduate students. The questionnaire was developed in collaboration with all authors. The reliability and validity of the framed questionnaire were checked through pilot testing. The reliability was found to be 0.87. Data were collected personally and with the help of colleagues. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the assistance of SPSS software version 22. The study's findings indicate that technology-based learning develops students' critical thinking, communication, cognitive, and reading skills, motivates students to become problem solvers, and enhances the professional development of the learners. The study concluded that technology-based learning positively impacts students' academic performance at the undergraduate level and also enables the students to cope with modern-world challenges. The study recommends that the government include technology at all levels of education, train its teachers, and provide all the technology resources.
