Impact of Intellectual Humility on Interpersonal Conflicts and Narcissism among Teachers

Abstract: The research aimed to find out the impact of intellectual humility on interpersonal conflicts and narcissism in teachers teaching at the university level in Rawalpindi. The data were obtained from 600 participants of age group of 34-45 through purposive sampling (297 males and 303 females).
