Abstract:Introduction: Nutrient-stimulated hormones (NUSH) play a critical role in regulating energy metabolism. Dysregulation of NUSH signaling is associated with obesity, there is a lack of quantitative models to investigate the complex dynamics of NUSH signaling and its impact on obesity development.
