Impact of Perceived Organizational Support on Job Satisfaction with Mediating Role of Employee Motivation: Evidence from Pharmaceutical Sector of Lahore, Pakistan

Abstract: The article aims at investigating the mediating role of employee motivation between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. To fulfill the objective of the research data was collected from pharmaceutical sector of Lahore, Pakistan through questionnaire.
