Abstract:HgCdTe is a well-known material for state-of-the-art infrared photodetectors. The interd-iffused multilayer process (IMP) is used for Metal–Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) of HgCdTe heterostructures, enabling precise control of composition.
