Impact of Return on Assets, Net Interest Margin, and Loan-to-Deposit Ratio on Capital Adequacy Ratio

Abstract: Bank operations can run smoothly if there is sufficient capital. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued OJK Regulation No. 12/POJK.03/2020 concerning the Reconsolidation of Commercial Banks. This regulation stipulates a minimum core capital of IDR 3 trillion for commercial banks, with a deadline of 2022, and for regional development banks (BPD) until 2025.
