Impact of Rural Land Transfer on Land Use Functions in Western China’s Guyuan Based on a Multi-Level Stakeholder Assessment Framework

Abstract: To achieve sustainable rural development, it is necessary to simultaneously protect ecologically important land and efficiently use existing agricultural land.
