Abstract: Adiabatic quantum-flux-parametron (AQFP) logic is a superconductor logic family whose energy efficiency approaches theoretical limits. Because AQFP logic gates depend on a polyphase excitation current to perform their computation, gate fanins must arrive at the appropriate excitation phase.
