Impact of Socioeconomic Status on Ionizing Radiation Exposure From Medical Imaging in Children

Abstract: Purpose To characterize cumulative exposure to ionizing radiation from diagnostic imaging (CEDI) in pediatric patients, and investigate its relationship to patients’ socioeconomic status (SES) and comorbid medical conditions (CMC).
