Impact of the p-cubic Dresselhaus term on the spin Hall effect

Abstract: It is well known that the Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling (SOC) in semiconductor two dimensional electron gases (2DEGs) possesses both linear and cubic in momentum contributions.
