Impact of Training on Outcomes Following Incisional Hernia Repair

Abstract: Supervised trainees can successfully undertake both open and laparoscopic incisional hernia repairs with no detrimental effects on overall hospital costs, post-operative morbidity and long-term recurrence rates.
