“…A possible explanation for the fact that the practice of hydrogymnastics has not affected the biceps strength and the posterior muscle chain extensibility in this meta-analysis is the lack of specific exercises for these physical qualities. Among the five studies [28][29][30][31][32] analyzed, Alves, Mota, Costa, Alves 28 and Tsourlou 31 did not have a record of the type of exercise performed.
