Impact of Usage of ICT and Performance on Quality in Higher Education Institutions: An Empirical Study

Abstract: This study presents the relationship among the quality, performance and usage of ICT in higher education. The conceptualization of quality relies on applicable knowledge and accomplishment of goals set in curricula of the subject/program-effective learning.
