Impact of work–life balance with the role of organizational support and job burnout on project performance

Abstract: PurposeThe purpose of this research is to examine the impact of work–life balance on project performance with mediating role of job burnout and moderating role of organizational support and what are the indirect effects of work–life balance on project performance via organizational support.
