PT Telkomsel acquired Fixed Line Business from Telkom Indonesia on July 1st, 2023, integrating IndiHome services. The acquisition process involved system integration and employee joining. A research study was conducted to examine the impact of leadership, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at the IT Directorate of PT Telkomsel. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Form and analyzed using Likert scale and structural equation model partial least square. Results showed that leadership factors positively influence employee performance, while the merger of IndiHome business line did not affect IT director performance. Leaders' ability to encourage creativity, skill development, and collaboration were the most influential management indicators. Working environment factors, such as harmonious relationships between managers and employees, also positively impacted employee performance. Work facilities were crucial in supporting employee productivity. Motivation also positively influenced employee performance.

Pekerjaan sebagai driver ojek online memang memiliki beban kerja yang cukup besar, baik dari segi aktivitas fisik maupun mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui beban kerja fisik dan mental para driver ojek online sehingga dapat memahami kondisi pekerjaan di sektor layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Penelitin ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian merupakan driver ojek online pada aplikasi Gojek sebanyak 26 responden. Beban kerja fisik & mental diukur dengan menggunakan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL) dan Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang mempengaruhi beban kerja fisik pada driver ojek online adalah indikator time load dengan prosentase sebesar 64,43 %, yang artinya para driver ojek online pada aplikasi Gojek secara signifikan merasakan beban waktu lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi pekerjaannya.

Power grids are becoming more complex to operate in the digital age given the current energy transition to cope with climate change. As a result, real-time decision-making is getting more challenging as the human operator has to deal with more information, more uncertainty, more applications, and more coordination. While supervision has been primarily used to help them make decisions over the last decades, it cannot reasonably scale up anymore. There is a great need for rethinking the human-machine interface under more unified and interactive frameworks. Taking advantage of the latest developments in Human-Machine Interface and Artificial Intelligence, we expose our vision of a new assistant framework relying on an hypervision interface and greater bidirectional interaction. We review the known principles of decision-making driving our assistant design alongside its supporting assistance functions. We finally share some guidelines to make progress towards the development of such an assistant.
