Impact of Workplace Bullying on Job Performance and Job Stress

Abstract: Bullying at workplace is a very serious issue and can be found in every other organization. The actions of bullying could be very obvious or discreet and the people who are victimized by workplace bullying can strike them in numerous ways. This research is focused on the impact of workplace bullying on job performance and job stress.
