The work presented allows the analysis and determination of the main factors that affect heart failure. Considering that this disease is a syndrome that is increasing and increasingly affects younger people, while, in older patients, it can cause mortality. For the study, a deductive–analytical method was used, establishing as binding factors functional class III according to the NYHA scale, which is Diabetes Mellitus as comorbidity, dyslipidemia, deterioration of glomerular filtration rate, and arrhythmias. In addition, fewer patients with readmissions and decreased ejection fraction were found. Finally, it is possible to affirm that cardiac syndrome increasingly affects people’s health without age discrimination, which makes it necessary to promote a healthy lifestyle and periodic reviews in work environments.
