Impact on the colombian public health departments of preventive medicine and public health medical schools This article presents the results of an investigation that aimed to present the various orientations of the Department of Preventive Medicine in the decades of 50 and 60 and their infl uence on Colombian higher education are discussed. Public health education in Colombia: influence on public policies
