Abstract:BackgroundAerobic capacity (VO2 max) strongly influences biological functions including both liver and brain function. Low aerobic capacity has far reaching impacts with both increased risk of non‐alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
