Impacts of an Undergraduate STEM Teacher Recruitment and Preparation Program on Prospective Teachers’ Aspirations and Understanding

Abstract: We investigated how participating in a STEM teacher recruitment program impacted undergraduate students’ decisions to pursue teaching and their self-reported preparation for teaching.
