Abstract:The cationic lipid/DNA complex significantly affects the immune and hematopoietic systems in vivo, causing leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, hematopoietic stress, and altering bone marrow cell populations by increasing long-term hematopoietic stem cells (LT-HSC) and reducing progenitor cells.
