The purpose of this study is to find out in depth the process of running Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic educational institutions, namely located at madrasah Tsanawiyah Ma'arif Darussholihin Sumberadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. The research uses qualitative research methods with a Descriptive approach method that explains phenomena and circumstances as they are. The method of data collection uses interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis method uses data reduction, display data, and Drawings/Verification. From the results of this study, it is explained that the implementation of TQM in MTs Darussholihin leads to aspects of improving the quality of learning, increasing the professionalism of employees, maintaining good relations with customers and leading to aspects of products produced by MTs Darussholihin. Supporting factors in the implementation of TQM in MTs Darussholihin are: first, the existence of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program as a representative form of MTs Darussholihin's vision, namely producing a generation of tahfidzul Qur'an who is intelligent, independent and creative. Both environments are conducive to learning activities because MTs Darussholihi stands in the Ash Sholihah Islamic boarding school complex. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of TQM in MTs Darussholihin are: first, the slow development of all infrastructure both leading to facilities and infrastructure that are supporting components in learning activities in madrasahs. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SMP Islam Athirah 1 Kajaolalido in Makassar city on aspects of the plan, implementation, and achievement. The study is a qualitative approach with an evaluation type. The subjects of the study were the director, the principal, and the teacher of SMP Islam Athirah 1 Kajaolalido in Makassar city. Data were collected by employing interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the evaluation being implemented, the assessors concluded that: 1) in arranging the plan, SMP Islam Athirah 1 Kajaolalido in Makassar city had implemented TQM characteristics; 2) in the implementation aspect, SMP Islam Athirah 1 Kajaolalido in Makassar city had implemented TQM characteristics as well basically; 3) in achievement aspect, SMP Islam Athirah 1 Kajaolalido in Makassar city had achieved the objectives of the implementation of TQM. It can be seen from various academic and non-academic achievements obtain by the students. Moreover, the level of satisfaction from the parents as the external customers has also improved. However, teachers as the internal customers have yet to obtained significant impact from the implementation of TQM in SMP Islam Athirah 1 Kajaolalido in Makassar city.

Quality educational results can be seen from the achievements achieved by students, both in academic and non-academic achievements. One of the parameters of a quality school is how schools are able to manage management functions both from planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the school's superior programs that are their branding so that they can be trusted by the community in entrusting their sons and daughters. This research was conducted at the Integrated Islamic High School (SMAIT) Thariq Bin Ziyad Bekasi which implemented the school's flagship program dalam node Akhlak, Al Quran, Academic and Language (A3B), dimana. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews with informants and documentation studies. The data that has been obtained is reduced and then presented in the form of results and discussions. The results of this study found that the school's flagship program can have an impact on improving the quality of education and high public trust.
