Implementation of a Modular Distributed Fault-tolerant Controller for MMC Applications

Abstract: Centralized control algorithm limits the hardware flexibility of a Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC). Therefore, industrial MMC applications have started adopting distributed control structures.
