Implementation of a practical Markov chain Monte Carlo sampling algorithm in PyBioNetFit

Abstract: Summary Bayesian inference in biological modeling commonly relies on Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) sampling of a multidimensional and non-Gaussian posterior distribution that is not analytically tractable.
