Implementation of Automatic Identification Technology in a Process of Fixture Assembly/Disassembly

Abstract: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology presents automatic identification technology that can be used in product life cycle various phases, especially in the manufacturing phase. The analysis of possible application of RFID technology in machining and inspection operations for fixture manufacturing assembly/disassembly process is presented in this paper. Furthermore, assemble/disassemble fixture manufacturing system structure and conception is presented. An analysis involves hardware and software comp… Show more

“…It is crucial to select the appropriate filter bank that is able to efficiently extract the information on the presence of mentioned lines, for each frequency bend. The most promising [14,16] for the mentioned tasks are response spatially invariant filter banks, i.e., filter banks based on the Maximum Response filter set such as (BFS, MR8, MR4, and MRS4). Those are previously reported and discussed in material classification tasks [12,13].…”

“…We briefly describe the filter that we use: Let and also of 18 Laplacians of Gaussians, defined as ∆G(σ x , σ y , θ, x, y). Term ∆= ∂ x 2 + ∂ y 2 is the Laplace operator of differentiation, evaluated at the same orientations and scales (for more details see [14], [15] Here,T is predefined width of the patch. We note, that the interval [y q−1, y q ] of the textured image F, corresponds to the frequency band [ω q−1 , ω q ] of the STDFT spectrogram of the particular utterance.…”

“…Based on past research [1], it is clear that there are significant reserves in the production process organization. The optimization can be carried out in the following ways:  scheduling the production operations in time scale [5][6][7][8], which is the most common approach in practice,  improvement of the production process at the level of the operation's execution [3,[9][10][11][12][13] and  special approaches to improve production effectiveness [14][15][16][17][18].…”

“…Optimization of fixture layout is a critical aspect of machining fixture design, defining the types, number, and material of fixture elements, and their position relative to workpiece [4]. Most frequently, goal function was minimization elastic workpiece deformation, minimization deformation at workpiece-fixture contact points, minimization clamping forces, minimization workpiece location errors (improve the location accuracy), minimization vibration during machining, etc.…”
