Implementation of Central Monitoring System for Complex Vital Signals using WMTS Communication

Abstract

Abstract.In this paper, we integrate a patient monitoring system and modular medical devices to acquire diverse vital signals and combine them remotely using wireless communication technology to develop a central monitoring system for complex vital signals. The key point of the system design development was on usability allowing for medical staff, the main users, to work more efficiently and to establish foundation technologies for providing a comprehensive medical service.
