Background: Factors that help achieve child growth and development are proper stimulation. The role of parents, in this case, the mother has a big enough contribution to the successful process of child development. Purpose: To find out the increase in mothers of toddler knowledge about the benefits of games that stimulate children's growthMethod: The form of this research design is a pre-experimental design (One-Group Pretest-Posttest) with a purposive sampling technique and the research population is mothers of under five children in Gondoriyo Semarang. Processing techniques and analysis of quantitative data using the analysis of the t-test (test T). Results: The normality test, shows that the Sig value in the Shapiro-Wik column for the mother’s knowledge variable before and after being given an educational game is less than 0.05 so it is declared not to have a normal distribution. So to find out whether there is a difference in the average knowledge of mothers regarding educational games, an analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed test was carried out. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon signed test, it was found that the asymp sig (2-tailed) value was 0,000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average knowledge of toddler mothers before and after being given educational games stimulating growth and development.Conclusion: Mother's knowledge increases about the benefits of providing educational games to stimulate child growth and development

Abstrak: Tingginya angka stunting, angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) yang diperparah dengan tingginya jumlah kasus ibu hamil risiko tinggi, ibu hamil dengan anemia dan kurang energi kronik (KEK) di kota semarang masih menjadi sorotan dalam bidang kesehatan. Dinas Kesehatan kota semarang membuat terobosan dalam gerakan ibu anak sehat, salah satunya dengan peluncuran aplikasi sayang bunda. Edukasi terhadap kader dan ibu hamil merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi kegiatan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya memaksimalkan program pemerintah dalam menurunkan AKI dan AKB. Tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil dan kader posyandu RW IV gondoriyo semarang tentang kesehatan ibu anak dan aplikasi sayang bunda dirasa masih belum optimal sehingga dikhawatirkan dapat berdampak pada layanan dan monitoring kesehatan ibu hamil. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan kader RW IV Gondoriiyo semarang tentang kesehatan ibu anak dan implementasi aplikasi sayang bunda. Mitra yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan PKM ini yaitu Ketua PKK RW IV Gondoriyo Semarang dengan peserta kegiatan adalah kader posyandu balita dan ibu hamil di wilayah RW IV Gondoriyo sebanyak 18 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat melalui kegiatan ceramah, pendampingan dan observasi serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan kader, hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata skor pre-posttest yang mengalami kenaikan dari semula 69 menjadi 80 sehingga dapat dsimpulkan bahwa kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.Abstract: The high rate of stunting, maternal mortality (MMR) and infant mortality (IMR) which is exacerbated by the number of cases of high-risk pregnant women, pregnant women with anemia and chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in the city of semarang are still ini the spotlight in the health sector. The Semarang City Health Office made a breakthrough in the movement of healthy mothers and children, one of which was the launch of the “love Mother” application. Education for cadres and pregnant women is one form of implementation of activities that can be used as an effort to maximize government programs in reducing MMR and IMR. The level of knowledge of pregnant women and posyandu cadres of RW IV Gondoriyo Semarang about maternal and child health and the application pf “Lpve Mother” is still not optimal, so it is feared that it could have an impact on health services and monitoring of pregnant women. This community service aims to optimize the knowledge of pregnant women and cadres of RW IV Gondoriyo Semarang about maternal and child health and the implementation of the mother’s love application. The partners involved in this PKM activity were the chairperson of the PKK RW IV Gondroiyo Semarang with the activity participants being posyandu cadres for tolddlers and pregnant women in the RW IV Gondoriyo region as many as 18 people. The method of implementing comactivities is through lectures, mentoring and observation and evaluation. The results of community service activities show an increase in knowledge of pregnant women and cadres, this can be seen from the average pre=post tes score which has increased from 69 to 80 so it can be concluded that communitiy service ectivities are as expected.
