“…ERAS is a new rehabilitation concept that integrates the advantages of multiple disciplines, further reduces stress trauma, accelerates patient recovery, and maximizes the advantages of medical resources and the e ciency of medical services [7][8] .At this stage,ERAS is widely used in abdominal, thoracic, urological and other surgical elds, and has achieved good results [9] .In this study,ERAS combined with psychological intervention was applied to patients with lung cancer surgery. The results showed that the postoperative recovery of the ERAS group was signi cantly higher than that of the patients who received conventional intervention.Similar to the content reported inLi L I [10] ;it shows that ERAS combined with psychological intervention can speed up the postoperative recovery of patients. The main reason is that ERAS focuses on preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative management of patients, reduces surgical trauma and pain, and cooperates with psychological intervention, which can further reduce the psychological burden of patients and improve sleep quality, thereby stimulating the hypothalamus and promoting the release of adrenaline.Strengthen the patient's anti-tumor ability. The cooperation of ERAS and psychological intervention can deepen the patient's understanding of the disease, surgery and ERAS,correct their bad ideas, relieve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, thereby reducing the patient's psychological stress, enhancing the patient's con dence in surgery, and laying a good foundation for surgery;Postoperative analgesic drug management can further reduce postoperative pain stimuli and pain response, and postoperative psychological intervention can promote patients'treatment compliance and speed up the recovery process [11] ,This paper con rms the above conclusions. The results show that the postoperative HAMA,HAMD and VAS scores of the ERAS group are all higher than those of the conventional group, indicating that ERAS combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the patients'bad mood and relieve pain.…”

(7)Analyze the satisfaction rate of the research objects, and use the self-made satisfaction scale of the hospital for evaluation. The full score is 100 points, above 80 points are very satis ed,60 ~ 79 points are satis ed,below 60 points are dissatis ed,total satisfaction rate=(very satis ed + satis ed)/total×100% [21] .…”

“…Pre‐, intra‐, and post‐operative components are included in multimodal, interdisciplinary enhanced recovery after surgery pathways to lessen provider variance. ER, after‐surgery utilisation, may lead to a shorter length of stay, fewer problems, lower expenditures, and better wound healing 5‐13 . However, fewer reports compare ER after surgery's effect on wound dehiscence 14‐18 .…”
