This study introduces an enhanced Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) control strategy for Direct Drive Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators (D-PMSG) utilizing a Fuzzy Gradient Step Approach. By comparing with traditional MPPT methodologies, this approach demonstrates significant improvements in tracking accuracy, efficiency, and response time to fluctuating environmental conditions. The fuzzy logic control method adapts dynamically, optimizing power output under variable wind speeds. The comparative analysis reveals that our method not only surpasses conventional techniques in performance but also offers a cost-effective solution with less complexity. Implications of these advancements suggest potential applications in optimizing wind energy systems, enhancing the viability of renewable energy sources. By examining the relationship between Boost duty cycle changes and wind turbine output characteristics, a fuzzy gradient step hill-climbing search method is proposed to calculate the wind turbine output speed in order to improve the maximum power point tracking control performance of the direct-drive permanent magnet wind power generation system. The fuzzy controller employs the duty cycle of the Boost converter as its output quantity and its input quantity to accomplish the maximum power point tracking control of the wind turbine. A model was developed and verified through simulation for use in system modeling. The results show that the fuzzy gradient step hill-climbing search approach is more effective at regulating the maximum power point tracking control of the direct-drive permanent magnet wind power producing system than the traditional variable step-size hill-climbing search algorithm. This research paves the way for future exploration in smart grid integration and scalability of fuzzy logic-based MPPT controllers, marking a pivotal step towards sustainable energy solutions.

The electric power distribution system is a process for distributing electricity from a 150 kV electric power transmission system to consumers, both 20 kV consumers and 380/220 V consumers. The problem that often occurs in the electric power distribution system at PT.X is load imbalance due to the different consumption power on each phase, so a neutral current appears. The current flowing in the neutral phase will cause power losses. Based on these problems, a load balancing device was made for a three-phase network with the standard SPLN No. 17 of 2014, namely the magnitude of the value of the current imbalance between the phases may not exceed 25%. This tool is also equipped with an overcurrent protection system and a tapping phase limitation system to support the performance of the load-balancing device on a three-phase network. The method used is the Naive Bayes method. The naïve Bayes method calculates the current parameters in the R, S, T, and N phases. The classification results will be used as a reference for activating the tapping phase system and the protection system. This system uses Internet of Things technology to monitor neutral current, current and voltage values in phases R, S and T, and power loss values. Based on the test results, when there is an imbalance of 30.20%, a neutral current of 1.20A appears, causing a power loss of 0.17W. After the tapping phase is carried out, the percentage of unbalance is reduced to 12.20%, the neutral current is 0.45A, and the power losses are 0.02W.

This article addresses critical challenges in the transition to clean energy sources by highlighting the importance of advanced mathematical modeling and computational techniques in turbine design and operation. Specifically, we extend and generalize the work of Camporeale to advance the modeling of hydrogen turbine systems. By utilizing conformable calculus, we develop dynamic equations that analyze key aspects of turbine performance, including temperature variations in turbine blades, angular velocities of rotating shafts, and mass--energy balances within the plenum and combustion chamber. Furthermore, we incorporate Kirchhoff's equation in its generalized conformable integral form, enhancing the precision of energy balance calculations and improving the representation of heat transfer processes in the combustion chamber. This methodology introduces novel perspectives in hydrogen turbine research, contributing to the advancement of sustainable and efficient technologies. Our comprehensive approach aims to provide more accurate and efficient predictions of turbine behavior, thereby impacting the design and optimization of hydrogen-based clean energy systems.
