Abstract: This research analyzes the implementation of religious teacher leadership in cultivating Islamic ethics at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Gorontalo City. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological framework. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation.
