Implementation of Six Sigma to Minimize Defects in Sewing Section of Apparel Industry in Bangladesh

Abstract: The garments industries which are traditionally operated are facing lots of problems such as low productivity, poor line balancing, high rejection, high defects, unable to achieve lead time.
